Gonzalez Carbonell
(1910-1984)

Born in Barcelona, Spain in 1910. He studied with some of the greatest painters in Europe, one of which was Puig Perucho. In 1944 he won three (3) Gold Medal Awards at the National Exhibition in Spain.

In recent years Spain has declared that Mr. Carbonell's artwork is a national treasure and they have banned the export of his paintings for export.
